PURCHASE & PAYMENT POLICY

Version 02 – Effective from April 1, 2025

Hello, and thank you for your interest in the Breezing.In event management software. This document outlines our purchase, payment, exchange, return, and cancellation policies in accordance with Vietnamese law.

1. Purchase Policy

You can purchase the Breezing.In software through our website at https://breezing.in.
To proceed, you’ll need to contact us to register an account and choose the service package that suits your needs.
Once your information is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive an activation code to use the software for the selected duration.

2. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payment via VN-Pay

  • International credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

3. Ticket Delivery Policy

Breezing.In will deliver tickets to customers as follows:

  • Tickets purchased on Breezing.In are issued as E-Tickets, which will be sent to customers via email with an attached file.

  • For large-scale events, and if requested by the event organizer, tickets may be issued as physical tickets.
    In such cases, customers are responsible for paying additional delivery fees charged by a third-party courier to receive the physical tickets from Breezing.In.
    Customers have the right to inspect tickets upon delivery.

4. Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

If the Breezing.In software is defective or damaged due to production errors and/or a fault from Breezing.In, you are eligible for a replacement within 10 working days from the date of receiving the activation code.
The software replacement process is as follows:

  • Contact Breezing.In’s customer support team via 0708-026-575 or hello@breezing.in to report the issue and request maintenance.

  • Our support team will verify the information and assess the software issue.

  • If the fault is confirmed to originate from Breezing.In or the manufacturer, we will send you a new activation code for a replacement software of the same type and duration.

  • If the issue is not confirmed to be caused by Breezing.In or the manufacturer, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

Note:
Each event’s organizer determines the exchange or return policy for event tickets.
In cases where an event is rescheduled or canceled due to the organizer’s fault, customers may request a ticket refund.
The refund decision and process will be handled solely by the event organizer.

5. Refund Policy

The Breezing.In e-commerce platform will only provide warranty and support services in cases where the event organizer (vendor) is unable to create a store or list tickets for sale.
For event tickets, all warranty terms and usage guidelines are governed by the event organizer, who is responsible for setting the conditions for participants.
