Breezing.In is committed to taking all necessary security measures to ensure the safety of all customer transactions conducted on its software platform.

1. Consent

By providing us with your personal information or your team members’ information and using services provided by Breezing.In, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from providing any personal information and/or exercise the rights stated in Section 7 below.

We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Policy at any time. We encourage users to regularly review this Privacy Policy to stay updated and ensure they are aware of and able to manage their personal information.

2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

We collect personal information solely for the following purposes:

• (i) Orders: To handle issues related to services provided by Breezing.In.

• (ii) Account Maintenance: To create and maintain user accounts, including loyalty or reward programs linked to those accounts.

• (iii) Customer Service: To respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• (iv) Personalization: To aggregate collected data for a more comprehensive view of consumers, enabling more personalized services, such as:

  • Improving and personalizing the user experience on Breezing.In.

  • Enhancing and tailoring utilities and services to better meet individual needs and ideate new services.

  • Providing users with relevant recommendations and advertisements.

• (v) Security: To prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities on customer accounts.

• (vi) Legal Compliance: To collect, store, and provide information to competent state authorities as required by law.

3. Scope of Information Collection and Use

3.1 We collect personal information in the following ways:

• (i) Directly from users: When users provide information on the Breezing.In platform, such as full name, email address, phone number, physical address, login credentials, and security questions/answers.

• (ii) Through user interaction: Using cookies and tracking technologies when users interact with the platform.

• (iii) From other legal sources: We may collect data from other lawful sources.

3.2 Breezing.In uses the collected information to:

• Provide services to users.

• Send notifications about interactions between users and Breezing.In.

• Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized account activities.

• Communicate with users in special cases.

• Use information strictly for transaction-related verification and communication.

• Fulfill legal obligations by providing user data to judicial authorities (e.g., prosecutors, courts, police) if required.

4. Data Retention Period

User personal data will be stored until a deletion or cancellation request is made by the user, or until the user deletes their account manually. Otherwise, all personal data will be securely stored on Breezing.In servers.

5. Entities with Access to Personal Information

We will not provide user data to third parties except in the following necessary cases:

• (i) Service partners involved in fulfilling orders, with access only to required information under strict confidentiality.

• (ii) Third-party service providers performing services for Breezing.In who may access or process data while delivering such services, under binding security and privacy obligations.

• (iii) Programs implemented jointly or outsourced for the purposes listed in Section 2, with confidentiality safeguards.

• (iv) Legal requirements: When disclosure is required to comply with legal procedures.

• (v) Business transfers: In case of full or partial merger/acquisition, the acquiring party may access stored information, including personal data.

7. Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Their Personal Data

• (i) Users can view, update, adjust, delete, or cancel their personal data by logging into their accounts and making changes, or by requesting Breezing.In to do so.

• (ii) Users can request password/account recovery assistance from the Breezing.In admin team by emailing hello@breezing.in.

• (iii) Users may file a complaint if their personal information is leaked to third parties. Upon receiving such complaints, Breezing.In is responsible for verifying the issue and guiding users on how to restore and secure their data.

8. Commitment to Personal Data Security

• (i) User data is strictly protected under Breezing.In’s privacy policy. Information collection and usage require user consent unless otherwise required by law.

• (ii) Personal data will not be used, shared, or disclosed to third parties without user consent.

• (iii) In case of a data breach (e.g., due to hacking), Breezing.In will inform authorities and affected users promptly.

• (iv) All online transaction information (e.g., invoices, accounting records) is stored securely in Breezing.In’s Tier 1 data center.

• (v) When registering, users must provide accurate personal information (e.g., full name, contact address, email, ID number, bank account, payment card number). Breezing.In is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate user-provided information.
