AI Day 2023 kicked off on December 5, 12 in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the commencement of a groundbreaking event themed “AI – remaking reality.”

Challenge: Volunteer Recruitment

AI Day 2023 kicked off on December 5, 12 in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the commencement of a groundbreaking event themed “AI – Remaking Reality.”

In the lead-up to AI Day 2023, the organizing team encountered a formidable challenge: the urgent need to recruit 30 volunteers within one month. With the event date looming, the necessity for a substantial volunteer force to assist in organizing and managing the event was undeniable. However, the limited timeframe posed a significant obstacle, making the task of recruiting and mobilizing volunteers seem daunting and uncertain. The pressure was on to ensure that the event would have the necessary manpower to operate smoothly and effectively.

Solution: Human Resource mobilization within event ecosystem

1. Volunteer Recruitment:

Leveraging the Breezing ecosystem, AI Day effectively addressed the crucial need for a team of dedicated volunteers. The Breezing platform served as a dynamic hub, connecting the event organizers with an enthusiastic pool of potential volunteers from different universities in Vietnam. Through the Breezing Community’s network, AI Day seamlessly accessed a group of individuals willing to contribute their time, skills, and expertise to support the event. This strategic outreach and engagement significantly alleviated the stress of finding and mobilizing volunteers within a tight timeframe, ensuring that AI Day had the necessary support and manpower to run efficiently.

2. Mobilization and Coordination:

With the help of the Breezing platform, AI Day mobilized and coordinated its volunteer team with ease and efficiency. The platform provided a centralized space for organizing and communicating with volunteers, streamlining the process of assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and disseminating important event information. By harnessing the power of the Breezing Community’s network, event organizers were able to quickly mobilize volunteers, ensuring that they were deployed effectively to support various aspects of the event.
